As of 1st January 2010 Eckerle Metallbau was excluded into an own company, called Eckerle Metallbau GmbH. Proprietor of the new company is the family Eckerle. The Eckerle Metallbau will serve the customers as usual reliable and with high quality according their slogan "Eckerle Metallbau – always a solution".

After 20 years of active business in powder coating as additional division within the Eckerle group we will concentrate in future still more strongly on our core businesses of brushholder systems for automotive, plastics engineering and automation. As a result of this strategy we transferred the Eckerle GmbH Metallbeschichtung to two successors with a long experience in metal coating. First priority was the continuation of the enterprise in Untergrombach, in order to guarantee the supply of our customers and to safeguard the jobs. The new owners, Mr. Gulyas and Mr. Lederer, continue business with the name

G&L Oberflächenbeschichtung GmbH.

Reorganization of Management of the Eckerle Group

The new structure of the management as of 1st July is as follows:

Within Eckerle Holding GmbH & Co. KG the managing partner Joachim Eckerle will continue acting as managing director. Dr. Jürgen Sturhahn who joined the company on 1st October 2008 as a member of the general management will take over the position of the managing director both within Eckerle Automotive GmbH and Eckerle Industrie GmbH. He will act as the speaker of the Management in both enterprises. Within Eckerle Automotive GmbH Dierk Mohr will be in charge as a further managing director and within Eckerle Industrie GmbH Dr. Martin Huck will act a further managing director.
